Recovery and towing: Where the vehicle cannot be repaired at the roadside, Mobile24 coordinates recovery to the nearest MAN service outlet. You don’t need to arrange this yourself — the Mobile24 team handles workshop coordination and keeps you updated throughout.

Tyre service: Mobile24 provides tyre replacement assistance including sourcing and fitting replacement tyres for vehicles that have suffered a blowout or unrepairable puncture.

Interactive tracking: You can send your exact location directly to the Mobile24 team via the integrated tracking feature, and receive status updates from the moment a technician is dispatched through to completion of repair.

Cross-border coordination: For vehicles operating outside the UK, Mobile24 can arrange workshop bookings across Europe with 72 hours’ advance notice — essential for long-haul operators.
