Van Repairs — MAN TGE and All Makes

Light commercial vehicles take considerable punishment. High mileage, varied loads, and constant start-stop use puts strain on engines, brakes, clutches, and suspension components at a rate most car drivers never experience. We carry out the full range of mechanical repairs on MAN TGE vans and all other makes of light commercial vehicle.

Engine and drivetrain: Timing belt and chain replacement, clutch replacement, gearbox repair and replacement (manual and automatic), turbocharger inspection and replacement, EGR valve cleaning and replacement, DPF cleaning, regeneration, and replacement, and exhaust system repair.

HGV Repairs — MAN Trucks and All Makes

HGV repairs require a different scale of operation — hydraulic presses, specialist lifting equipment, heavy-duty torque tooling, and deep technical knowledge of air brake systems, pneumatic suspension, and commercial vehicle electronics. Our workshop is equipped and purpose-built for this work.

As a MAN Authorised Repair Centre, we carry out mechanical repairs on MAN Trucks to manufacturer specification. This includes warranty repairs on vehicles within the MAN warranty period and authorised repairs on out-of-warranty vehicles, preserving your service history and protecting residual values.

Engine and drivetrain: Engine top-end work and full rebuilds, turbocharger replacement, injector replacement and calibration, EGR system repair and replacement, AdBlue and SCR system repair (dosing unit, pump, NOx sensors, catalyst), DPF cleaning and replacement, MAN TipMatic gearbox repair and manual transmission work, and prop shaft and driveline repair.

Air brake system: Brake chamber replacement, slack adjuster inspection and replacement, air dryer replacement and service, S-cam and drum inspection and replacement, air line repair and replacement, and EBS system fault diagnosis and repair.

Suspension: Air suspension bellows replacement front and rear, spring suspension overhaul, axle and hub work, and U-bolt replacement and torque.
